How can I begin to thank you for the organisation of our trip to Patagonia!You responded to my request in double quick time and within a few days had a suggested itinerary which fitted into the planned flights we had already booked.
At the last minute we dicided we wanted to stay in Refugios and you accomodated our needs and also again when we decided we wanted an experienced guide to add to our adventure.
Kinaret was a great guide, she made our trip to Patagonia the best!! Great sense of humor, and perfect English.
Everything in the itinerary worked to clockwork, well done! It was also great to meet you in Santiago when we were there on business before our pleasure trip to the greatest National Park in the World!

Au nom de tous, je n’ai pas assez de mots pour vous dire combien ce voyage a été d’une grande richesse à la fois humaine et physique. Un voyage incroyable, même si le Tupungato n’a pu être réussi, à cause de la météo.
Je tiens encore à vous remercier pour toute cette organisation sérieuse faite par l’agence.
Et toute cette attention, ce dévouement, cette ambiance extraordinaire faite en la présence de Tamara, Maria et Eduardo. Des guides géniaux ! Nous ne les oublierons jamais! Sans eux, l’expédition n’aurait pu être aussi fantastique.
Encore mille fois merci. Au plaisir d’avoir très vite des nouvelles du Chili!

Nous avons eu beau temps, hormis le jour où nous devions faire la marche vers le FITZ ROY, nous avons marché 6 heures sous la pluie et le vent, le sommet est resté dans le brouillard, dommage !
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la pampa, le parc del PAINE au Chili, le glacier Perito Moreno sous le soleil , la journée dans une exploitation viticole à MENDOZA, la découverte de VALPARAISO …. Enfin, tout était bien. De plus, nous avons passé une semaine avec une guide chilienne ALEXANDRA, formidable.
Nous allons trier nos photos et on se fera une petite soirée.

Grandiose !! Voilà pour résumer en un mot l’impression que nous a donné cette partie du Chili et de la Bolivie…Des paysages impressionnants qui se succèdent les uns aux autres !!!
Côté organisation de notre séjour , pas de problème particulier … tout s’est déroulé comme prévu…au rythme chilien ou bolivien, no stress !!
Concernant les hôtels, simples mais correspondants à nos attentes, avec une mention particulière pour les prestations de l’Altiplanico au Cajon del Maïpo.
Enfin, pour la partie en Bolivie, quelques petits soucis de nourriture… nos estomacs ne sont pas habitués à la viande de Lama… en plus associé au problème de l’altitude… mais rien de grave !!
La présence du guide nous a été bien utile , son implication et sa gentillesse sont a soulignés.
En pièce jointe vous trouverez quelques photos… dont une pour nous présenter ainsi que le guide…

It is now two weeks we are back again from our trip to Patagonia. Everything went well. Thank you for the perfect organization. Marco, the driver, is a shy and very special, but reliable person. Winter in Patagonia is the perfect season, you have whole Patagonia for you alone, good light for taking pictures. We had some snow, but not too much. I only can recommend to go to Patagonia in winter.

En effet je tenais absolument à vous remercier vous même bien sûr mais également toute votre équipe. Je pense notamment à Géraldine et bien évidemment à Rodrigo. J’ai une pensée particulière aussi pour les guides Daniel et évidemment Carlos. Sans oublier bien sûr vos équipes dans le parc de l’Aconcagua. Vous avez tous fait du super boulot. Encore merci. Merci pour votre professionnalisme, votre réactivité, tout était parfait. Merci aussi pour votre gentillesse, vous avez tous la chance de travailler dans une bien belle entreprise, mais elle n’est belle que parce que vous la rendez belle.
Il est évident que mon prochain voyage se fera avec Azimut, alors peut-être à un de ces jours.

Now we’re back home, I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all your help. Everything worked smoothly. We had a fantastic trip. It was truly spectacular, like nowhere we have been before. Bolivia was amazing. People were great. Carola was a wonderful guide (and translator!). She had planned well and handled everything without fuss. She was knowledgable, constantly available and patient. And a very interesting person in her own right. Our Bolivian driver was also wonderful.
I want to thank you directly too. You were instantly responsive to all my many emails and changing plans. Its so unusual to get that kind of interaction. It gave me great confidence in planning the trip and integrating it with our wider plans. Northern Chile and Bolivia are spectacular and I will definitely want to travel here again. And when I do I will work with Azimut again. You guys have been great.

De retour de notre périple sur les hauts plateaux andins je me dois de vous remercier pour l’excellence de notre voyage qui n’a connu aucun problème et a été au contraire remarquable par la qualité des paysages bien entendu, le choix des hôtels, l’accueil très sympathique de Mauricio et Marie-Carmen à l’éco-casa de San Pedro, par la compétence et les qualités humaines exceptionnelles de notre guide, Jean-Marie DUPRE, le sérieux et la bonne humeur des chauffeurs, Claudio et Rémi. Tout s’est déroulé comme vous l’aviez planifié, sinon que, le sourire de tous aidant, le temps a passé trop vite.

DJetzt muss ich mich doch noch mal melden. Wir sind gut wieder zu Hause gelandet und der Alltag hat uns wieder. Unseren Enkeln mussten wir versprechen nie mehr nach Chile zu fahren, gemeint haben sie, nicht mehr so lange Weg zu bleiben Sie hatten doch Sehnsucht nach uns. Wir allerdings hatten eine unvergessliche grandiose Reise.Das haben wir nicht zu letzt Ihnen und Azimut zu verdanken. Liebe Claudia noch mal vielen lieben Dank für Ihre Hilfe und Bemühungen. Wir wissen es sehr zu schätzen, dass sie immer für uns mit Rat und Tat per E-Mail da waren. Danke Wir haben sehr viel schönes erlebt, hatten viel Abenteuer und viel interessantes entdeckt. Патагония оказалась просто невероятной, мы в полнейшем восторге от навигации к ледникам (и от писко со льдом))и треккинги оказались не такими сложными, как мы боялись. В следующий раз приедем, что бы обязательно досмотреть Север и купить вина Спасибо от всей нашей группы вам за организауия и нашему гиду в Торрес дель Пайне.
