This is probably the most strenuous day. We start early in the morning from our camp in Pehoe to enter the wonderful French valley. We enter as far as possible into the valley, according to group trekking rhythm. Along the valley it is common to see small avalanches falling down from the French glacier. From here we can also see the famous horns of Paine. As we trudge on we see more of this impressive granite scenery and understand why the French valley is an icon among mountaineers and rock climbers. We leave the valley and return to the main path which will lead us to camp Cuernos where we spend the night.
Overnight in REFUGE, all meals included
Trekking: 11 hours approx

DAY 4: CUERNOS CAMP –TORRES CAMP

Hike of approximately 4 hours along lake Nordenskjöld to reach the Torres area.
Overnight in REFUGE, all meals included
Trekking: 4 hours approx

DAY 5: TORRES CAMP – PUERTO NATALES (OUT)

Full day hike of approximately 8 hours to the foot of the Torres del Paine towers, granite pinnacles more than 1000m high.
